Tucked away yet still connected to the rhythm and energy of the main dining space, the Tatami Room is a private, translucent den enclosed by shoji rice paper screens, offering a sense of seclusion without feeling removed. Layers of deep color, warm wood, and textured details create an intimate setting that feels both refined and inviting.

Centered around a communal table, guests are guided through a chef-driven kaiseki menu curated by Chef ChoongKi Kim. Rooted in the tradition of seasonal, multi-course Japanese dining, each dinner is thoughtfully composed and tailored for your group.

Throughout the evening you’ll experience selections spanning robata-grilled kushiyaki, house-made dumplings, signature oshizushi, sizzling rice, and flavor-packed noodle dishes — each course unfolding as part of a carefully paced meal.
